the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. the location was ideal, close to restaurants and shops and with easy access to public transportation.
The cleanliness could have been better, especially in the amenities and common areas. the breakfast was lacking variety, and the pool could have been cleaner and warmer.

The area near the restaurant was nice, with a good location. the employees were friendly and helpful. the room was fairly large, with a decent bathroom. the hot mineral pool was an advantage, though it was small. the owners tried to provide extra care, but it wasn't enough.
The breakfast was consistently poor and cold, while the restaurant food was bad. the pool was too small for all guests and not warm enough.

We loved the location and the wide room. The barbecue and children's pool were great facilities. The staff took our request for a double bed into consideration and notified us of the restaurant's closure due to construction works.
Everything was spot on.

The hotel offered a hot pool which was nice to relax in during Christmas. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located near a ski resort and a few restaurants, making skiing and dining out easy and accessible.
The hotel was not very well maintained. The room was not cleaned properly and the heating did not work well, making it quite chilly.
